Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This policy explains how Hongqiao Data Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd (“we”) handles personal data on this website (the “Site”).
We are a company established in Hangzhou, China, and we are the controller of personal data processed through this Site. The company’s registered Chinese name is 虹桥数据科技(杭州)有限公司. This document uses the English name above.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Site: the pages that publish our privacy policy, terms of use, support contact, and account-deletion instructions. The Site does not offer user registration.
This policy does not describe personal data collected inside a mobile app. If an app has its own privacy policy, that policy applies to data collected in the app. This policy continues to apply to the Site.
3. Data we process
When you open the Site, the server records a technical log:
- IP address
- Date and time
- Browser or client type
- Page requested
- Referring page, if the browser sends one
We use these logs to operate the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults. We do not use them to profile you, and we do not combine them with other information to identify you.
If you email us, we process your email address, what you write, and any app name or account identifier you include, so that we can reply and handle a support, privacy, or deletion request.
4. Data we do not collect
The Site does not ask for a phone number, government ID, precise location, contacts, photos, payment details, or an advertising identifier.
The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or push SDKs.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies
We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising, and the Site does not ask you to sign in. Your browser may keep cached files on your device so the pages can load.
6. Why we process data
We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure public website. You may object, as described under “Your rights”.
We process email you send us in order to do what you ask, because of our legitimate interest in answering, and, where the message exercises a legal right, to comply with the law.
We do not rely on consent for the logs. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
7. Sharing
We share personal data only in these cases:
- With the provider that hosts this Site, and only so that it can serve and protect the Site.
- When the law, or a public authority acting under the law, requires us to disclose it.
We do not publicly disclose your personal data unless you give separate consent or the law requires disclosure.
If the business is transferred, we will tell you who receives the data and require them to honor this policy.
8. Where data is kept
We keep server logs only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires a longer period.
We keep an email long enough to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Our staff are in mainland China. If you email us, people there may read that email, and the limited technical data needed to answer it. That is a transfer to China. China is not the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the UK government. This policy does not claim that the transfer is covered by a certification or by standard contractual clauses. The transfer is limited to answering the message you send. Include only what we need to identify the request.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to logs is limited to people who need them to maintain the Site.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal-data incident occurs, we will take the steps required by applicable law and, where required, notify you or publish a notice.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including in the EEA and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
This Site has no accounts and no in-product deletion button. Email info@ehongqiao.com. The account-deletion page on this Site explains how to ask for an account to be deleted.
We respond within 30 days after we can verify the request. If the law where you live sets a shorter period, we follow that period. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request is yours. We will not charge a fee unless the law allows a fee for a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
11. California residents
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may email us to request access to or deletion of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
12. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have done so, email us and we will delete it.
13. Changes
We post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will say so on this page. Where the law requires fresh consent, we will ask for it.
